Returns & Exchange Policy

1. We have a 14 day return & exchange policy
2. No order will be returned if the product is used or tampered with.
3. Return shipping cost will be borne by the purchaser.
4. Do not receive the order if the package seems to be opened or the seal is tampered with. If you receive a parcel which was already open, company will not be held responsible for missing/wrong items.
5. Purchaser will be reimbursed with shipment charges if the product is delivered in wrong size or broken etc. because of company’s error
6. Cosmetics, perfumes and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.
